CRM are a corporate residential management company who are focused on managing the assets of corporate, university and institutional investors, and with over 15 years track record in successfully delivering client objectives, CRM Students operates over 50 student schemes, totalling over 23,000 bed spaces across the UK.
The lack of structured recruitment process was costing CRM in terms of man hours and spend on recruitment. Key employees were wasting time sifting through CV's to find suitable candidates. Due to an unstructured process there were issues with no shows, candidate preparation and cost issues with multiple agencies retained.
Losing quality staff to competitors was causing a strain on the growth of CRM with an increase in key costs which could only be quantified by finance leads as they lacked a reporting analysis for their recruitment process.
Our RPO Solution
Our challenge was to streamline the CRM recruitment process and create a clear set of SLA's whilst improving the lines of communication with senior Directors. A clear directive was to work closely with the HR Director to implement an internal process that would offer visibility to all employees ensuring they can progress within CRM, whilst minimising the amount of time spent hiring. As part of the recruitment process we created a slick and consistent process for all candidates whether they were internal, external or a referral.
