We have integrated giving into our everyday business
B1G1 is an incredible global business giving movement that supports over 500 outstanding impact projects in 46 countries. These projects range from providing books to schools in India and mosquito nets in Zambia to giving access to life-saving water in Ethiopia and farming tools and training in Malawi. We're proud to be a B1G1 Champion and donate a percentage of every invoice received on our client's behalf – therefore the organisations we partner with truly are having a positive social and environmental impact on our planet. As an Ethical Recruitment agency we have been able to select causes we care about and do something small everyday to support them.

On 25th September 2015, all 193 Member States of the United Nations adopted a plan for achieving a better future for all, laying out a path over the next 15 years to achieve just this. At the heart of "Agenda 2030" is the 17 Sustainable Development Goals which clearly define the world we want - applying to all nations and leaving no one behind.

Supporting solutions to the climate crisis
Our Ecologi Forest, Simple and impactful ways to collectively reverse climate change.
By growing our own EK/DiSRUPT Forest in partnership with our friends at Ecologi we are able to create employment for local families and help restore wildlife habitats.
Our partnership with Ecologi means that for every other candidate placement we make, we will remove 14 tonnes of CO2 by funding the planting of 144 trees to offset their annual carbon footprint - a partnership truly for the good of the planet.

Our collective home is in the process of being turned totally upside down which is leading to strife for almost all life on Earth.
We know it’s preventable. And we know it’s not going to save itself.
So, it is up to us to solve it. But what levers can we pull? Reducing our carbon footprint is entirely necessary, but the transition of change is far slower than the time we have remaining.
The tools that we associate with fighting climate change are inadequate. What if that changed and the billions of us who care became empowered?
There are enough climate solutions that are out there right now, that if we supported them, it’d undo 30 years of carbon damage by avoiding 1,500 billion tonnes of CO2.

Helping bring clean water and Sanitation via Toilet Twinning
We sponsor a toilet twinning on behalf of one of our clients every month.
Through our partnership with toilet twinning we help fund a projects in communities that will enable families to build a basic toilet, have access to clean water and learn about hygiene – a vital combination that saves lives.
Toilet Twinning helps bring clean water and safe sanitation to the world's poorest people by linking a workplace toilet with a latrine in a developing country. We sponsor a toilet twinning on behalf of one of our clients every month.
