You will have your very own and very dedicated Disruptor (Account Manager) who will work with you to review, refine and implement processes that work for you. You will have access to a market leading Applicant Tracking System, which is essential for improving recruitment efficiency. Through this system, you can have visibility of applicants, talent pools, time-to-hire and MI reporting.

The Candidate Experience​

We take the candidate journey seriously. From the initial application process (even candidates that aren’t shortlisted will receive an acknowledgement), interview preparation, interview feedback (good or bad, feedback is always given), the offer process, helping them make the right decision for them, not us. ​

Oh, we also have a Candidate Care Team that ensures contact is continued once they have started their new job with you.​

AND we put every candidate that gets a job through Mental Health First Aid training – investing in their personal development from the start.​

​For candidates that aren’t successful, the journey doesn’t end. Our intuitive Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will keep in touch with them, sending regular prompter messages to update their CV / experience and because we take the time to understand the type of job they are looking for, every time a new vacancy is uploaded it will notify them. Crazy, eh! ​

Improving the Time-to-Hire​

​Communication and good planning are key!​ We will work with at the very start of every hiring process to understand timeframes. How long will it take for your hiring manager to review CV’s and offer feedback.​

​We will pre-book interview dates (yes, before the process has even started). This shows the candidate that we are organised, it’s well planned and gives total transparency. ​

By being so prepared, the manager can prepare well and have time booked out and the candidate has time to get organised and be as prepared and comfortable as possible. It also reduces the amount of time taken going back and forth trying to arrange everything. Win / Win!​

Prompt feedback, a smooth process and a controlled offer process significantly improves time-to-hire and the amount of no-shows. Nobody enjoys a no-show.​

With everything in place and updated on the ATS, you can get access to live time-to-hire reporting. Pretty cool.​

Are you too small for Disrupt RPO?
RPO

Size doesn’t always matter! In fact, our RPO model is based on the amount of hires you make in a 12-month period.  

The minimum amount of new hires is 12 in a 12-month period.

Can you still work with other agencies if you sign a contract with Disrupt RPO?

Fingers crossed you wouldn’t need to – that’s why we’re here.

During the scoping call we will discuss your existing relationships with agencies and will make contact with the ones you would like us to partner with.  

Our main remit is to fill your vacancies within the agreed SLA’s and there may well be times that finding candidates is proving problematic. In such instances, we would call upon the support suppliers to supply additional candidates.

The beauty of this is that we maintain all contact with supplier agencies, your hiring managers don’t get bombarded and you only have one invoicing contact!

Do you only work with B-Corps, SME’s, Start-Ups and Scale-Ups?

Having spent so long in recruitment, we have grown to understand where we can add the most value, where we can build the best relationships and importantly, have the most amount of impact.  

We also love working with businesses where things change quickly, where we can help solve problems and where we’re not just working with an ATS to upload a CV waiting for an automated message with updates!

Being an SME ourselves, we have ‘real-life’ experience of good times, bad times, Pandemic times and most other times that there are…. And we wouldn’t change it for the world

How long does an RPO take to implement?
RPO

In reality, we can start immediately. But the more time we put in at the beginning, the smoother the implementation. Trust us, we’re doctors (that’s not true, we’re recruiters, but you can still trust us)

We would suggest allowing between 3 - 8 weeks from scoping out your requirements to full roll-out…. Depending on the complexity and system implementations.

How long is the Disrupt On-Demand contract for?
On-Demand

You can choose from 12, 24 or 36 months.

What are the minimum contract length for an RPO?
RPO

RPO’s are like fine wines…. They get better with age! So the minimum contract length is 12 months.

It takes time and effort to implement an RPO correctly which is why we ask for a commitment of 12 months.
