The Operations Manager role is crucial in helping Mesh Energy rapidly grow and continue to provide quality independent, holistic and intelligent low energy project advice to architects, developers and private clients. The position would be ideal for a Project or Operations Manager from the Building Services or Sustainability sectors, that’s looking to take a step into senior management with an already established team.
You will be primarily responsible for maximising delivery effectiveness and efficiency of the operation teams responsible for low energy and intelligent building design solutions on all Mesh Energy projects. Success in the position will be reflected in the meeting and exceeding of team KPI’s, balanced with output metrics and staff retention rates, as well as a high level of employee engagement and cohesion within the operations team. In addition, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the continued improvement of interfacing with sales and the retention of key client accounts through the high quality execution of projects. The Operation Manager will also be integral in the smooth transition of projects from the initial sales proposal through the design/operation stages.
