Support is quick and interactive (real people) plus there are loads of user notes for help and advice and a community to reach out to if needed. Firefish operate a continuous improvement methodology where suggestions can be made for improvements. Should these gain favour with other users then the development team are on the case.
Being cloud based it can be accessed anywhere and you are able to communicate and keep up to date with your entire database. The technology is superb for our RPO business and their enterprise product gives us the ability to create a fully branded careers page and ATS for our clients. Finally it allows any number of reports to be run to support our leadership with KPI/Activity management and robust financial control.
